Geneva, Switzerland, 20 June 2006. Minister Urmas Paet and his delegation visited UNITAR’s Decentralized Cooperation Programme on 20 June 2006. The meeting focused on the newly established international training centre for local authorities in Tallinn, Estonia (CIFAL Tallinn) and its possible role in Estonia’s Development Cooperation.
