Geneva, Switzerland, 20 September 2006. Two staff from DCP visited the Permanent Mission of Japan to the International Organizations in Geneva to meet with the Ambassador Fujisaki.

Mr. Nicolas Frizon de Lamotte, senior programme coordinator and Ms. Akiko Miyahara, associate programme officer, a Japanese national, first expressed their appreciation to the contributions of the government of Japan to UNITAR.
Then they presented the activities of DCP, focusing on the area that Japan might be interested in, and seeked possibility of cooperation in new areas.
