Tallinn, Estonia. From 20-23 February 2007 CIFAL Tallinn will organize its first workshop. 20-25 participants from Eastern / Northern Europe as well as Central Asia are expected to attend the seminar on “Sustainable Urban Transport” which is co-organized by the City of Tallinn, UNITAR, the German Agency for Technical Cooperation (GTZ) and VEOLIA Environnement.
