Płock Poland, 5-7 July 2006. After having organized the Bilbao Summit, UNITAR and CIFAL Bilbao launched a common initiative to support the development of Local Digital Agendas. Participating local authorities will share experiences and gain knowledge about e-governance practices. The participants will also prepare an action plan to improve their priority areas through decentralized cooperation.
CIFAL Płock organized the first workshop on e-Governance before the Bilbao Summit in 2004 as part of the preparatory process. Following the results of the Summit, this workshop will promote the development and implementation of Digital Local Agenda, focusing on Eastern European countries.
