Kuala Lumpur, 8 December 2005. CIFAL Kuala Lumpur held its second board meeting with the participation of UNITAR, UNDP, CITYNET, Veolia Environnement the World Bank Institute hosted by the City Hall of Kuala Lumpur.

The partners reaffirmed their commitment for the next three years, discussed the strategic direction of the capacity building programmes provided by CIFAL Kuala Lumpur to local goverments and drafted a work programme for 2006.
