Durban, South Africa 6-8 June 2006. CIFAL Durban’s next workshop will deal with financing urban services and creditworthiness. It will host about 25 Chief Finance Officers from South African cities. The participants will have opportunities to listen to lectures by experts on the topics such as "Using PPP to improve access to financing" and "Financing local authorities without sovereign guarantee", as well as to exchange good practices with peer participants.
