In the context of recent key scientific findings from the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), which involved more than 1,200 authors and more than 2,500 reviewers from the climate science community in more than 130 countries, the 2- day training session explored technical, economic and political ways to regulate human activities and reduce the threat of global climate change.

Le CIFAL Barcelone et l’EPFL publient : « Construire le vivre-ensemble : Aménagement urbain et politiques de sécurité ». Cette publication réalisée sous la coordination de Charlotte Boisteau, Chercheur à l’EPFL, s’appuie sur les résultats du IIème Séminaire du CIFAL Barcelone. Le Séminaire, qui a réunit, en mars 2006, une quinzaine de villes du monde entier cherchait à lire les transformations contemporaines de la ville à travers l’analyse du rôle de l’insécurité dans ce processus.
